Our Team
Mitchell & Patti Pfeffer
Mitchell & Patti both have years of experience managing residential properties. They live full time at PGA West in La Quinta, and have called the Coachella Valley home for years. Originally from Philadelphia, they know first hand the difficulty in maintaining and improving your home when you're thousands of miles away. They founded Desert Oasis Home Concierge to help look after their neighbors and community year round. When they are not making your second home their first priority, you can find them on the pickleball court, or visiting their children & grandchildren in Los Angeles.

Are you a property management company? Can you help me find vacation renters?
We provide full home management and are obsessed with delivering on our promise to homeowners. However, we are not a broker so finding tenants and handling rentals is not available.
What areas do you service?
We service clients throughout the Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Coachella, Desert Hot Springs, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert & Rancho Mirage.
What are some examples of home monitoring services?
House, roof, gutters, grounds: no visible damage

How does your pricing work?
Our basic service is a $49/month home monitoring service. As all of our client's needs are unique to them and their property, each of our clients will receive a custom proposal for services. We don't require any long-term contracts either! We are flexible as to the best way to serve the needs of you and your household.
